Growth Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help us build and scale our presence in the DACH region.

At tamigo, we empower well-known international brands across Europe with our trusted Workforce Management solutions, helping them create more efficient and transparent daily operations.

As our go-to marketing expert for the DACH market, you’ll be responsible for driving high-performing digital campaigns that generate awareness, capture demand, and convert leads. Your insights will help shape how we speak to our customers—and your collaboration with sales will make sure we’re reaching the right people, in the right way.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning, launching, and managing high-impact SEA campaigns to drive growth in the DACH market


• SEO optimisation and implementation


• Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and new opportunities


• Creating and optimising landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates


• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and translating insights into actions


• Collaborating closely with the sales team to build campaigns and drive qualified leads

You are an ideal fit if you have:

• Understanding of regional nuances in communication, behaviour, and buyer mindset


• Ability to translate metrics into actionable insights


• Technical SEA/SEM expertise


• Skills to craft compelling messages for the DACH audience


• Native level German is a must


• Excellent English communication skills


• Proven expertise with Google ADS and social ads


• 2 years of experience in a similar position

Please note that you must have a clean criminal record, and a valid EU work permit to be considered for this position.

The role is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) or Houten (the Netherlands) with minimum 3 days per week in the office.
