Your new role

As our new Head of Department - Construction & QHSE, you will be part of a strong technical environment. The department is highly experienced and delivers Site consultancy services within the energy sector for projects around the world. The primary focus areas of the department are Offshore wind, Power Generation, P2X, Green factories, and oil & gas sectors, and our services cover the disciplines Construction & QHSE. We support our EPC business with focus on site construction & QHSE as our main service area, but we also support the organisation in the earlier phases of a project including concept, feasibility, basic studies and detailed engineering..

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients, and conduct sales meetings
  • Develop the services of the department further to meet current and future market and client demands including more international projects
  • Develop employees through the PDP process with regular 1:1 sessions to ensure the well-being of our employees
  • Ensure quality in site project deliverables
  • Operational management of department on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal utilization of resources and execution of projects
  • Accountable for daily department operations
  • Support strategy and business plan processes

  • A Bachelor, Master within Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, or equivalent
