Head of Digital Workplace

We seek our new Head of Digital Workplace to improve our internal digital experience and support colleagues in Denmark, Poland, and Switzerland. The Digital Workplace team currently consists of two exceptional and service-minded people who provide internal IT support on a daily basis. • Technical expertise: Strong Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite. Experience with MacOS is a plus.
• Windows services: Familiarity with Windows services like AD, AzureAD/Entra, and Access Management.
• ITIL: You can see yourself in a vision where ITIL has a place in improving and providing excellent services.
• Structured approach: You are structured and like to get things done.
• Team player: You are a team player and have a helpful attitude, you take pride in leading by example. 
• Communication skills: Good communicator, written and spoken in Danish and English.
• Leadership: Ideally, 3–5 years of experience as a team lead or manager.
• Background: We imagine you have a relevant education, e.g., IT support, Datamatician, etc.

Your passion, engagement, and commitment matter the most.Your no. 1 success criteria is to provide an ongoing superb end user experience for all your co-workers with their most frequently used tools: their PC/Macs and mobile phones and all the work related apps running on theses devices.

Team management:  
As accountable for the internal end user experience, you will play an active, hands-on role in executing daily operations and support. Further, you will manage, guide, coach, and develop the IT Support Specialists at our office in Copenhagen. One of your key priorities will be improving the internal digital experience of all colleagues and ensuring we have awesome tools and services.   

Technical responsibilities:  
We have a lot of great technology in our area: M365, Fortinet, MacOS, JAMF, Desktop Central, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, and AD Manager. Therefore, you will take responsibility for optimising the stack and processes to enable a high adoption and autonomy of work and ensure that we deliver exceptional service! 

Daily operation:  
Your daily work will include troubleshooting technical issues in our service area, maintaining our roadmap, facilitating workshops, planning or practical implementation of the solution with your team, and ensuring we have the best IT support processes.
