Our People Team strategy is bold, clear and meaningful: we’re becoming a Destination Employer. We want people to think "that’s where I want to work one day!" before joining Trustpilot; to feel privileged and proud to be a Trustie during their time with us; and, after moving on, to know the years they spent at Trustpilot were the very best of their career. At the heart of this is a distinct focus on people experience driven by operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle.
As Head of People Operations, you will oversee the team responsible for all our behind-the-scenes people-related processes and tasks, ensuring that Trusties globally have a positive experience end to end. This includes the pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding experience; being the first point of contact for people-related queries; maintaining accurate data in our HR system; and owning people-related processes, procedures, compliance and controls; all the while seeking smart ways to be as efficient and accurate as possible through automation and AI.
What you'll be doing:
Leadership: Ensure timely, accurate and people-centric execution of day-to-day tasks and processes by the People Operations team of 3, including global HR system management, contract and document creation, benefits support and administration, immigration and visa administration, and policy and handbook maintenance.
People processes: Lead on key people processes from an operational perspective (such as annual salary review, performance review and promotions).
Policies: Work with internal stakeholders to define and implement relevant policy and process updates in each of our entities, ensuring that all processes are thoroughly and clearly documented and maintained, and the team is trained accordingly.
Compliance and controls: Define and oversee periodic people-related controls, supporting with internal and external audits to ensure policy and process accuracy and compliance.
Business process optimisation: Own people-related business process mapping and optimisation, proactively finding ways to embed automation and AI where possible.
