The position
As a Health and Safety Partner you will be responsible for driving the agenda on Health & Safety (H&S) across an organization of 1200 people and be the key advisor to management at Injectable Finished Products (IFP HI) Hilleroed. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the current setup across the organization meets both requirements and ambitions on Health & Safety.

That includes:

  • Managing processes to meet ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards, ensuring audit and inspection readiness.
  • Supporting a group of managers across the organization through 1:1, shopfloor, board meetings and training in systems, processes, and responsibilities related to health & safety.
  • Continually assessing and improve the H&S setup across IFP HI and local departments.
  • Being a key driver of the management’s strategy and together with them, set the best direction for the H&S agenda at IFP Hilleroed.
  • Various reporting on H&S status to management and other important stakeholders.

Qualifications
You enjoy working independently and you have the competences to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in a structured work environment and you can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization. Moreover, you have:

  • A relevant Academic Degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position, production or warehouse, ideally in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing H&S strategy together with management & Line of Business.
  • Experience in planning, presenting data, and supporting key stakeholders on various levels of seniority.
  • Full working proficiency in English, at least advanced knowledge of Danish is required.

About the department
As Health & Safety Partner you will be working from the department Production Support as part of our team in EHS & Circular for Zero. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization.

The department is based in Hilleroed.
