The Role:
As our HR Business Partner in Copenhagen, you'll be the bridge between corporate HR services and our team on the ground. Your mission? Implementing our people strategy at the local level, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
General:
- Act as the vital link between corporate HR and our Copenhagen center, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to local regulations.
- Lead policy implementation to maintain compliance and uphold best practices.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new team members, setting the stage for their success from day one.
Performance and Talent Management:
- Offer expert guidance on performance matters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive semi-annual evaluations and feedback sessions, nurturing talent and enhancing team performance.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, shaping our future stars.
Labor Relations:
- Provide active support in resolving conflicts, keeping our team united and focused.
- Navigate performance improvement plans with sensitivity and fairness, ensuring policy adherence.
- Offer compassionate support during challenging times, guiding managers through involuntary exits.
Training:
- Develop an annual training plan aligned with HQ priorities and local needs, ensuring our team stays sharp.
- Source top-notch training providers to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Monitor training progress and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
Selection:
- Play a key role in operational hiring processes, ensuring we recruit the best and brightest.
- Provide valuable feedback during internal selection processes, fostering a culture of internal growth.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain a safe workplace by staying updated on H&S regulations and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement our H&S plan, prioritizing safety.
Engagement:
- Dive into employee satisfaction data to uncover insights and boost morale and retention.
- Conduct exit interviews with empathy and care, using departures to strengthen our team.
- Drive initiatives to enhance engagement and benefits, making a real impact on our team's happiness and productivity.
Who You Are:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality, wellness, restaurant, or fitness.
- Education: HR management background desirable.
- Strategic Mindset: Align HR with organizational goals.
- Empathetic Leadership: Advocate for team members.
- Solution-Oriented: Thrive on innovative problem-solving.
