We are seeking a HR Business Partner to guide management, analyse HR metrics, resolve employee relations issues, and suggest HR strategies aligned with business goals. The HR Partner role in Personal Customers (PC) and Financial Crime Risk & Prevention (FCR&P) could be your perfect fit.

Your role involves partnering with the business and delivering professional HR impact. As an HR Business Partner at Danske Bank, you'll have a diverse and dynamic range of tasks. Your work will involve daily HR guidance, analysis of trends and metrics, and improving work relationships, engagement, and productivity.

Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will primarily support business areas in Denmark, participating in HR initiatives in close cooperation with your colleagues. 

Your daily activities include:

The HR Partner role aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position fosters partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees. The role ensures the long-term, relevant impact of people initiatives and enables creation of transformation plans with colleagues in the business.
