JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

In this role you are the go-to person for all Unilever Line Managers and employees for a great experience in key employee moments such as onboarding, role move, time off etc. You will be a part of a Nordic team focusing on providing the best employee experience. You work closely with various teams across different functions to enable a fantastic end-to-end employee experience. HR Specialist role is known in Unilever as People Partner.

You play a key role in implementing employee relations strategies and contribute to creating a great workplace. You make sure that employee policies, practices and programs are consistently applied across the company.

You work closely together with the wider Nordic HR team, Payroll, Reward and Global Mobility and provide support and expertise to recommend actions to resolve matters and get results.
