Job Description - HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Holding the position of an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success through people-focused initiatives. This position offers you the kind of responsibilities that allow you to grow quickly, take ownership of diverse tasks, and make a significant impact from day one. More precisely, your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment Processes: Manage all aspects of the hiring process, from creating job descriptions and advertising open positions to screening candidates and participating in interviews.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees by preparing their equipment and offering a warm, informative introduction. Additionally, oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews.
  • Employment Contracts: Prepare, review and manage new employment contracts and be prepared to communicate their terms clearly.
  • Payroll: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation. Address any payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Analysis and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate personnel overviews and conduct relevant analyses such as seniority, turnover, etc.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive and fun work environment, including the organization of events to boost morale and retention.
  • Digital Presence: Strengthen our social media presence by creating engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn and building a strong professional network.
  • Ad hoc: Be prepared to tackle a variety of unexpected tasks that arise. For instance, solving sudden employee issues or supporting new initiatives that align with the business goals.
