Job Description - Human Resources Lead - Denmark

Unilabs is looking for an experienced Human Resources Lead to oversee our HR operations in Denmark. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our workforce in the clinical diagnostics industry. You will manage a range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, performance management, and compliance with Danish labor laws. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture while aligning HR initiatives with Unilabs' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Management:
      • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of Unilabs in Denmark.
  • Talent Acquisition:
      • Lead the recruitment process for various roles, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality candidates.
      • Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.
  • Employee Development:
      • Implement training programs and career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Performance Management:
      • Oversee annual performance review processes, providing guidance to management on effective performance evaluations.
  • Employee Relations:
      • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
      • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Danish employment law and best practices.
  • Data and Reporting:
      • Utilise HR metrics to provide insights to management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with international HR teams to align HR practices across Unilabs.
    • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
    • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Danish labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Interpersonal Skills:
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across various departments.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
      • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional Information:
    • This position is Part-Time; equivalent to 2-days per week
    • The role might require occasional travel for team meetings and training.
    • Fluency in Danish and English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
