Immigration Associate

Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients and understand their immigration needs. Manage end-to-end immigration processes, including visa and work permit applications. Prepare, review and submit immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documents. Interpret and apply immigration regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks. Advise clients on processes, timelines, risks and case status updates. Maintain accurate case files and support with time recording and billing activities. Communicate with clients, government authorities, consulates and third-party providers. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the immigration process. Track immigration rule changes and analyze relevant trends. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally. Train junior team members on case management and immigration procedures. Assist with technology/platform implementation as needed. Education: University degree Experience in the immigration field is an advantage, but not a requirement. You have got strong written and verbal communication skills both in Danish and in English. You have good soft and communication skills Has a very organized, kind and patient personality Responsible and proactive approach to work Interested on and strives for personal and career growth Can demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze Related work experience for example from the relevant authorities or other global mobility consulting firms is a plus.
