Job Description - Inside Sales Coordinator

Overview:

The Inside Sales Account Manager role will have focus to a number of designated accounts to manage, nurture and grow through regular contact.

Key objectives

  • Contact distributors at agreed intervals to maintain strong relationships and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Nurture and create end user leads for conversion in conjunction with the field-based team
  • Follow-up call on field sales conversions to upsell or cross-sell products and services’.
  • Qualify leads to generate in-person meetings for the SCJ sales force.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact, manage and develop all identified distributor accounts in a set call cycle as agreed and signed off by your line manager.
  • To achieve an in-depth knowledge and understanding of relative distributors and their respective market sectors, as communicated by your line manager.
  • To always present a positive and professional attitude.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and communications with all internal departments, thus ensuring all available information is fully understood and effectively communicated to customers.
  • General administration duties must be maintained, and these reported or requested through your line manager.
  • Call plans should be planned in advance and entered and updated into Salesforce.
  • Attend required team meetings and present results as required
  • Individual review meetings will be held with your line manager on a regular basis

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Proven record of effectively work via phone, email and virtual meetings.
  • Proven track record of building long term mutually beneficial relationships and achieving against agreed relevant sales targets
  • Experience of writing and delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Experience of working in a team and contributing to the team success
  • Microsoft Office package Intermediate
  • Danish speaking
  • Understanding and speaking english
