We are looking for an Internal Change & Communication Partner for P&O who can drive organisational and behavioral change globally in NNF.
The Job
At the Novo Nordisk Foundation, we believe that clear and consistent people communication plays a vital role in building a motivating, engaging and collaborative culture across the organisation.
We are therefore seeking a strategic internal communication partner for the People & Organisation (P&O) department. who can help us drive change and engagement throughout the organisation. We are in the midst of a growth journey and need support in developing a strong culture whilst scaling and internationalising, bringing all our great colleagues along on this journey through relevant, timely and clear communication.
You will be driving our strategic people communication themes across our main internal communication channels to build engagement and alignment in support of our vision, our people, and our values.
You will be part of our P&O Development team, joining four fun and talented colleagues, each working with different aspects of developing people, culture and the entire organisation. Moreover, you will collaborate closely with our Corporate Affairs and IT, meaning you will have an array of diverse professional colleagues across the organisation.
You will have overall responsibility for driving and coordinating our strategic change and people communication themes across our main internal channels. In addition, you will support the creation of various development tracks and promote behavioural change through relevant, consistent content and a collaborative culture of shared learning and understanding.

As you will oversee the creating of compelling content that resonates with employees across the globe, we expect you to have a highly collaborative, digital, international mindset and extensive strategic people and culture communication experience from large organisations.
