We are currently seeking full-time employees for our Investment Banking team in Copenhagen, and we are interested in applications from both candidates with and without prior Investment Banking experience.

Job responsibilities

• Participate in complex financial transaction projects such as IPOs and M&A for corporate clients
• Build and/or maintain advanced financial models for companies
• Prepare documentation in relation to financial transactions, including investor presentations, prospectuses, term sheets and press / stock exchange releases
• Interact with companies’ top management, investors and experts within relevant sectors

Candidate requirements

• 0-5 years of experience (Investment Banking experience is an advantage but not a requirement)
• Completed a relevant master’s degree before commencement, with strong academic results (economics and business administration, industrial economics and technology management, finance, accounting, engineering or related fields) 
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with advanced financial models
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and a Nordic language
