We are currently seeking full-time employees for our Investment Banking team in Copenhagen, and we are interested in applications from both candidates with and without prior Investment Banking experience.

Job responsibilities
Participate in complex financial transaction projects such as IPOs and M&A for corporate clients
Build and/or maintain advanced financial models for companies
Prepare documentation in relation to financial transactions, including investor presentations, prospectuses, term sheets and press / stock exchange releases
Interact with companies’ top management, investors and experts within relevant sectors
Candidate requirements
0-5 years of experience (Investment Banking experience is an advantage but not a requirement)
Completed a relevant master’s degree before commencement, with strong academic results (economics and business administration, industrial economics and technology management, finance, accounting, engineering or related fields)
Analytical skills and the ability to work with advanced financial models
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner
Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
