As 4C Strategies continuously grows the need for a skilled Investor Relations Manager has arisen. This is a new role within the company that will play an important part in the company´s success. The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively communicate with the investment community, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors. The successful candidate will support CEO and CFO with all investor-related inquiries and will play a key role in managing relationships with current and prospective investors.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations plans and strategies to enhance the company's reputation and credibility in the financial markets.
• Support CEO and CFO with all investor-related inquiries and communications.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, press releases and other materials for investors.
• Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows and other events to communicate the company's strategic initiatives, financial performance, and growth prospects.
• Monitor and analyse financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Who are you?
To succeed in the role as Investor Relations Manager at 4C Strategies and build the new function we believe that you have previous experience of working within investor relations as a consultant or at a company. You are a doer with a strong drive and comfortable with working independently as well as in teams. You enjoy networking activities, have strong communication and presentation skills and an eye for details.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in investor relations or finance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in relevant software/tools for financial analysis and investor relations management.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

It is meriting if you have experience from working in the Software/SAAS or Security industry as well as with brand building
