Job description
We are seeking a talented and driven Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team and assist in our global investor relations initiatives. As the Investor Relations Manager you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions across the globe while ensuring transparency, compliance, and effective communication of our company's vision and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies and plans tailored to our global presence and strategic objectives.
- Serve as a point of contact for international investors, analysts, and financial institutions, providing timely and accurate information and addressing inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences on a global scale.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, and legal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Monitor global market trends, economic developments, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Organize and participate in investor events, shareholder meetings, and industry conferences worldwide to enhance our company's visibility and attract new investors.
- Manage shareholder communications, including press releases, annual reports, and regulatory filings to maintain transparency and accountability on a global scale.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field within the digital media, technology, or sports industry with a global perspective.
- Deep understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and valuation techniques with knowledge of international financial markets and regulations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and filings.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively in English.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data and market trends on a global scale.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively while working across different time zones.
- An interest in sports and/or digital media is a plus.
