The opportunity: 

We seek a driven and skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with expertise in Cisco Meraki, M365 administration, SharePoint, and Teams. This role involves supporting IT tier 2, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

The primary tasks:  

• Responsible for Managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki devices.


• Administer and maintain Windows Servers hosted in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams and telecommunication.


• Provide Tier 2 support for IT and OT related issues.


• Responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.


• Maintain and support of security systems   


• Collaborate with other IT team members to support the implementation of IT solutions and business projects.


• Document IT processes and procedures. 

 Qualifications: 

We seek a team member who can identify with the description below: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support.


• Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, and Teams.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 It is an advantage if you have:  

• Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CCNA, ITIL certification.


• Skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.


• Has worked with Microsoft solutions such as Intune, Defender, etc.


• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and other security protocols.
