The position
As a IT Operation Manager, you will be responsible for follow NN guidelines organizationally located in Digital, Data& IT (DDIT) Product Supply (PS) API areas.

We are looking for profile that will ensure operation and maintenance of local servers and clients. Manage AD setup and ensure Network setup lives up to security guidelines.

Besides you will also run or participate in projects to implement up-to-date IT-solutions. Smaller changes are often implemented within the team, while larger projects are carried out in collaboration with various partners.

Daily Tasks:

• Patching servers and ensuring monitoring of server uptime.
• Maintaining firewall, including review and openings.
• Supporting access structure to systems on an OS level and acting as 3rd level support.
• Ensuring infrastructure overview, administering user accounts, database access, and segregation of duties related to the OS level.
• Performing periodic maintenance of production IT systems.
• Collaborating with Global IT Operations and centralized IT system managers to maintain compliance and benefit from centralized services.

Projects:

• Participate in the growing number of projects within digitalization and integration of production data.
• Implement system monitoring in collaboration with Global IT Operations (SCOM).
• Automate maintenance tasks, e.g., PowerShell/SQL scripting.
• Play the role as an IT sparring partner when scoping a new project and therefore you need conceptual knowledge about firewalls, network communication, domain admin., hardware etc.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should have:

• extensive knowledge in areas: SQL databases (database integration), virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and PowerShell scripting.
• experience with Active Directory / Domain administration.
• be familiar with Cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
• general knowledge in areas like network/firewall, hardware and server rooms, system/service monitoring (e.g., SCOM), SCADA (e.g., iFix), and GxP (e.g., Good Manufacturing Practice).

About the department
Our IT & Automation team consists of 5 skilled and very committed IT and OT (Operational Technology) technicians and engineers. We service several different automation systems and the underlying IT infrastructure. We expect the team to grow with 3 people within a couple months.
