THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

• You provide first and second level support
• You are the contact person for users from mainly European countries
• You are responsible for ticket processing, classification and prioritization of incidents and development of solutions
• You manage the users and licenses for various software programs in our company
• You are responsible for helping to create and maintain IT documentation and installation instructions

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), system electronics technician (m/f/d), IT systems administrator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• You have strong IT skills and professional experience, ideally in an international environment
• You have experience in the administration of Windows client operating systems and in IT service management based on ITIL
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office products, Active Directory and Office 365 administration
• You have a service-oriented, independent and team-oriented way of working
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
