IT Supporter til vores nordiske ServiceDesk


Vi søger en dedikeret og selvstændig medarbejder til vores ServiceDesk i Danmark, som skal bistå vores kunde, Royal Greenland.

Din rolle:


Som IT-supporter i vores ServiceDesk bliver du en nøgleperson i den daglige drift. Du får en alsidig rolle med både hands-on opgaver på kontoret og support til kunder via telefon, mail og on-site. Din indsats er afgørende for, at vores kunders IT-løsninger fungerer gnidningsfrit og du bliver en vigtig del af et team, hvor samarbejde og faglighed går hånd i hånd.


 


Dine opgaver vil omfatte:



  • Sikre en stabil og velfungerende IT-drift på kontoret i Svenstrup.

  • Yde 1st og 2nd level support til brugere via telefon, mail og on-site.

  • Håndtere onboarding af nye medarbejdere og sikre, at deres IT-setup fungerer fra dag ét.

  • Overvåge systemer og bidrage til at opretholde høj IT-sikkerhed.

  • Opsætte, vedligeholde og fejlfinde på PC’er, arbejdsstationer og andet udstyr.

  • Supportere både hardware og software.

  • Deltage aktivt i forbedring og optimering af vores IT-processer og arbejdsgange.



Team og arbejdstider:


Du bliver en del af et dedikeret og hjælpsomt ServiceDesk-team, som arbejder tæt sammen på tværs af lokationer. Teamet dækker supporten i tidsrummet kl. 08:00 til 19:00 og arbejder i følgende skift:



  • 08:00–16:00 – Teamet i Svenstrup

  • 11:00–19:00 – Teamet i Nuuk

Vi ser gerne, at du har:



  • Minimum 3 års erfaring med IT-support i en professionel kontekst.

  • Erfaring med Microsoft-teknologier, Windows 10/11/Server, Office 365 & eventuelt CapaSystems.

  • En selvstændig og struktureret tilgang til opgaver og evnen til at tage ansvar for at få dem løst.

  • Gode kommunikationsevner på både dansk og engelsk skriftligt såvel som mundtligt.

  • En serviceminded, fleksibel og løsningsorienteret arbejdsholdning.

  • En selvkørende natur, brænder for IT-support og trives i en hands-on rolle.
