The challenges:

• Contact person in the user helpdesk
• Acceptance, analysis and rectification of incoming faults
• Setting up and installing PC workstations and mobile devices
• Active Directory administration
• Support of the media technology
• Maintenance of system documentation

This is what we want to see:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist, alternatively comparable training
• Experience in the field of IT support
• Service-oriented way of working, strong communication skills and reliable and independent way of working
• Sound knowledge of common operating systems and applications
• Experience with automated software distribution
• Interest in new technologies and good analytical skills as well as process understanding
