WSP Denmark is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 5 years of recruitment experience to join us full-time in Høje-Taastrup.
You'll be a key addition to our growing TA presence in Denmark, supporting local hiring needs while collaborating closely with both the local HR team and the wider Central European TA team. This is a cross-functional role, focused primarily on recruitment for Denmark.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition for Central Europe (UK-based) with a dotted line to local HR in Denmark, making you an integral part of both local and regional teams.

You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process for WSP Danmark.
You excel at identifying and engaging top talent, particularly in the technical labour market. Your strong communication skills and social nature have helped you build a solid network, which we will continue to expand together.
