Job Description

Turner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specializing in program management, project management, cost and commercial management and advisory across the real estate, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. We are the leading consultancy providers to the Private Sector (Data Center, office, fit-outs, residential, industrial, science and technology) but also the Public Sector (health & education).

Due to continued growth in Denmark, our Project Management team in Denmark are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to work on exciting Commercial Projects throughout the region.

• Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
• Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing written project communication materials

Qualifications

• Degree or its equivalent in Construction Management or Related Field
• A minimum of 3 year project management experience within the construction industry.
• Some understanding of project life cycle
• Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally Data Center, residential, office, fit-outs and health & education
• Fluent Danish or one Scandinavian Language and excellent English language skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
