We're looking for our next Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing Quad Lockâs key retail and distribution partners across key European Markets.
This role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring effective execution of Quad Lockâs go-to-market strategy. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to optimise product ranging, drive sell-through, and support new product launches.
Operating across multiple markets, this role is perfect for someone with strong commercial acumen, relationship management capability, and the ability to drive both account performance and in-market execution.

What You'll Do đ€
Account Management & Growth
Manage and develop key account relationships across key European Territories, delivering revenue and profitability targetsÂ
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and long-term performanceÂ
Secure product ranging and support new product launches across key partnersÂ
Commercial Execution & Planning
Manage forecasting and inventory planning with key partners and internal teamsÂ
Deliver accurate revenue projections and performance reportingÂ
Identify opportunities to improve sell-through and overall account performanceÂ
Merchandising & Market Development
Drive in-store and online merchandising execution, ensuring strong product visibility and alignment with Quad Lock brand standardsÂ
Work with partners to optimise retail execution, product placement, and promotional activity
Identify and support local market development opportunities, including retail activations, trade events, and partner-led initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement & Insights
Conduct product training and education sessions for key accounts and their teamsÂ
Represent Quad Lock in-market through customer engagement, travel, and industry eventsÂ
Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring đŻ
Proven experience in key account management within a B2B environment, with a strong track record of driving growthÂ
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver measurable resultsÂ
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skillsÂ
Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel and/or Google SheetsÂ
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple markets and prioritiesÂ
Fluent in English & German or French (required)
Proactive, results-driven, and accountable, with strong ownership of outcomesÂ
Attention to detail, with a focus on execution and maintaining brand standards in-marketÂ
- Willingness to travel frequently and work outside standard business hours as required
Desirable Experience
Experience in Motorcycle, Cycling, Outdoor, or Automotive industries
Experience working with distributors and large retail accountsÂ
- Experience managing merchandising execution or in-store brand presenceÂ
