Key Account Manager

At Rent Group, we create exceptional event experiences and support some of
Denmark’s most renowned venues, restaurants, agencies, and corporate clients. We
are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of one of our
most important customer relationships while ensuring flawless coordination behind the
scenes.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and responsibility. You
enjoy creating order, keeping track of details, and making sure nothing falls through the
cracks. You understand that excellent client service is often built on careful planning
and consistent execution.

Tasks

• Managing and developing relationships with key accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact for one of our most important clients
• Handling quotations, order confirmations, and administrative follow-up
• Coordinating internally with operations, logistics, and customer service teams
• Ensuring accuracy in orders, deliveries, and documentation
• Monitoring ongoing projects and proactively solving issues before they arise
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and service quality

Requirements

• Several years of experience in account management, project management,
  customer service, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A structured and methodical approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Experience working with demanding customers and complex processes
• Business, Economics, or a related educational background is an advantage
• Fluency in both Danish and English is required
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience from hospitality, events, rentals, logistics, or B2B services is
  considered a plus
