Job Description - Key Account Manager - B2C (Consultant)

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager (B2C) to manage and grow key retail and operator accounts within Samsung’s Mobile Experience business in Denmark.

In this role, you will own the commercial relationship with your accounts end-to-end — from strategic planning and forecasting to daily execution and performance follow-up.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including your designated CML as well as SCM, marketing, and local management, ensuring strong alignment from strategy to execution.

What will be the jobs scope?

  • Manage and develop key B2C clients within the MX DK business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels in your customers’ organizations
  • Drive business growth measured by internal data related to customer behaviour and external data from clients and market data
  • Analyze performance and take decisive actions through quarterly business planning and daily operational follow-up
  • Lead internal and external sell-in, ensuring high-quality execution of joint plans
  • Own campaign execution and performance, measured against forecast (accrual) and In house share
  • Handle forecasting, SCM coordination, sell-in/sell-out, and achievement rate
  • Participate in business reviews and deliver clear, compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders

What do we need for this role?

Need to have:

  • Proven experience in key account management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics.
  • Experience from E-tail or Operator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI etc.
  • Readiness to travel across assigned regions.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience from a PurePlay company.
  • Experience with FMCG business.
