Purpose of the role
As a Lead Consultant for Dracar+, you will be a subject matter expert and people leader within the consultancy delivery team supporting Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. You will guide and evolve a high-performing team of consultants delivering Keyloop's Dracar+ solution and associated systems to clients across the region.
Fluency in Danish is strongly preferred, though fluency in Norwegian or Swedish will also be considered. Strong English communication skills are essential. Proximity to our Keyloop office in Vejle, Denmark is a distinct advantage, enabling close collaboration with both clients and internal stakeholders.
You will serve as a strategic partner to customers and internal functions, driving effective solution implementations, maintaining delivery standards, and championing value-driven leadership. Your proven ability to lead with integrity, develop others, and create a culture of accountability and engagement will be central to this role.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain standardized delivery blueprints for Dracar+ tailored to Nordic regional requirements.
- Align team capabilities with evolving product features and local market needs.
- Contribute to pre-sales engagements including scoping, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
- Influence product evolution by participating in review cycles and sharing frontline insights.
Results & Delivery
- Set high standards for quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure team members actively enhance their skills and knowledge base.
Value-Driven People Leadership
- Lead by example with integrity, clarity, and purpose.
- Build and maintain a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
- Establish clear individual and team goals aligned with Keyloop’s mission and client success.

Client & Market Engagement
- Build and nurture strong client relationships throughout Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs and influence long-term success.
- Adapt delivery strategies to reflect local cultural nuances and industry trends.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- Fluency in Danish is strongly preferred; fluency in Norwegian or Swedish is also acceptable.
- Based in or near Vejle, Denmark, or willing to relocate, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading value-driven, high-performing consultancy or implementation teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex software delivery projects with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with Dracar+ or similar Dealer Management Systems is highly desirable.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of how delivery impacts business outcomes.
- Capable of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment in a matrixed environment.
