Are you passionate about process optimization, legal operations, and driving seamless collaboration across teams? Join us as a Legal Design & Compliance Manager and help strengthen the LEGO® Group's end-to-end legal processes!
Core Responsibilities
As a Legal Design & Compliance Manager, you will support the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end legal processes. You will collaborate closely with partners across the LEGO Group Legal department and the Operational Legal department within the Business Service Operations (BSO) team to enhance executional speed, standardization, and efficiency.

Governance, Risk & Compliance is part of Business Service Operations (BSO). We design and build end-to-end compliance processes with a strong focus on business value and balanced compliance - enabling guardrails with as little friction as possible!
