At Rødkærsbro Dairy, we produce and pack Mozzarella and Pizza Topping in a wide range of packaging formats. Packaging is operated by approximately 145 colleagues across three shifts, enabling us to pack around 73,000 tons of cheese every year.

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will take ownership of Operational Excellence, data‑driven optimization and capability building in the line team. You will work in a high‑hygiene “blue zone” area close to the packaging flow and collaborate closely with operators, technical operators and leaders to improve stability and performance.

As Line Improvement Specialist, you will be a central part of the line team and work hands‑on to improve safety, quality, efficiency and stable operations. You will drive systematic Continuous Improvement (CI) with a strong focus on OEE, stop reduction and increased line output, working closely with the organization to turn data into real improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving systematic CI to improve OEE, reduce planned and unplanned stops and speed losses, and increase line output, ensuring improvement initiatives are quantified and visible in OneCI


• Owning and facilitating weekly CI meetings focusing on stops, speed losses and improvement actions


• Ensuring and further developing operational standards (SOP, GMP, OAC) and supporting ways of working aligned with standards


• Analysing and following up on asset performance data (SAP and OEE), ensuring high data quality and using insights to support conclusions and decisions


• Training and coaching operators and technical operators in operational standards and correct use of IT systems, while supporting the implementation of new digital tools and ways of working

What will make you successful

You are a specialist in driving improvements and change and have a strong understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, OEE and data‑driven improvement work. You are comfortable working with data and IT tools (e.g. Excel, SAP, OEE systems) and are curious about how digital solutions, IT and AI can support operational excellence.

Furthermore, we imagine:

• You are persistent and have the impact to follow improvements through and create lasting change


• You are genuinely data‑curious and enjoy translating insights into practical actions


• You are fluent in Danish and Englis - written and spoken.

• You have relevant education (such as industrial operator, automation technologist, or a bachelor’s in supply chain or change management), or equivalent practical experience in similar roles.


• You bring years of experience (preferably 5+ years) from production, ideally in a technical or line‑close role.
