How will you make an impact

As a Logistics Operation Professional, you will serve as the primary operational connection point between Arla and our 3PL partners. Your role is essential in ensuring stable, safe, and efficient operations through coordination, issue handling, and continuous communication across stakeholders.

You will support daily execution by ensuring that our 3PL partners have the information, guidance, and support they need - while also safeguarding Arla’s standards, policies, and performance expectations.

You will:

• Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities between Arla and our 3PL partners


• Act as the first point of contact for operational questions, deviations, and urgent issues from 3PL partners


• Monitor the operational flow and identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations early to enable quick mitigation


• Support problem‑solving, including finding root causes and facilitating corrective actions with 3PL


• Ensure compliance with Arla’s safety, quality, and operational standards across Logistics processes


• Manage claims handling, including documentation, follow‑up, and communication with relevant stakeholders


• Maintain a strong cross‑stakeholder network across Arla functions (Planning, Transportation, Quality, etc.)


• Coordinate selected activities across multiple 3PL sites to ensure alignment and consistent execution


• Support continuous‑improvement activities within 3PL operations


• Report operational performance, deviations, and improvement opportunities


• Contribute to building a reliable and collaborative partnership with 3PL providers

To succeed in this role, you bring the right foundational toolbox - whether through your educational background, relevant experience, or a strong motivation to learn. What matters most is that you have a solid base to build on and the drive to grow within logistics operations.

You also:

• Bring a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business)


• Can work fluently in Danish and English


• Have practical experience within logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL environments, or similar areas -but eagerness to learn and develop is equally valued, and we welcome newly graduated candidates to apply.


• Communicate clearly with both operational staff and office based stakeholders


• Feel confident addressing deviations and supporting compliance with standards


• Are able to work with operational systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, Excel or similar) - or are motivated to learn them quickly


• Thrive in dynamic, operational environments where priorities can shift and quick, sound decisions are needed
