Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI) is an internationally listed company that markets and sells a wide range of power tools, outdoor power equipment and accessories under the market-leading brands Milwaukee® and Ryobi®. Our end customers are typically professional users and quality-conscious DIY enthusiasts.

We are looking for a Logistics Manager, Nordics, with supply chain knowledge based at our Nordic headquarters in Hvidovre. You will have day-to-day leadership responsibility for a Nordic logistics team consisting of three Logistics Operations Coordinators and a part-time warehouse employee. You will become a key person in our logistics and supply chain set-up as well as in our collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Approximately 30 travel days per year should be expected, primarily within the Nordics. You will report to the Director of Customer Services.

Key responsibilities

As Logistics Manager, you will have an independent and broad area of responsibility, working both close to operations and on developing solutions across the Nordics. Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure efficient transportation across the Nordics, including handling dangerous goods (primarily batteries) and return shipments to the central warehouse in Germany, as well as optimising agreements with carriers as an integrated part of our supply chain management.
• Be responsible for warehouse management and our distribution solutions in the Nordics, including freight costs, internal shipments and delivery accuracy.
• Follow up on logistics performance and key customers using KPIs and data, and develop solutions in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and the European supply chain organisation.
• Support our customer service team and stay close to customers and partners in relation to collections, returns and handling logistical challenges (customer & supplier relationship management).
• Lead and develop the team, set direction, prioritise tasks and ensure strong collaboration and a good working environment.

Professional qualifications

We expect that you:

• Have +5 years’ experience in a role within logistics, distribution, warehousing and/or supply chain management, with team lead or people management experience.
• Have experience with logistics related to central warehouses and knowledge of relevant KPIs.
• Have knowledge of transport regulations, including handling dangerous goods.
• Have solid experience with SAP, and use SAP actively in your work, preferably within SAP Supply Chain.
• Are used to working with data in decision-making and follow-up.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills, both internally (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Warehouse, European supply chain) and externally (customers and suppliers).
• Are fluent in at least one Nordic language and be proficient in English.
