On behalf of Xellia Pharmaceuticals, ProScout is recruiting a Management Assistant to support five members of the company's newly established Extended Leadership Team (XLT).

Help great leaders stay focused on what matters most
As the administrative backbone for five senior leaders, you'll ensure that planning, coordination and logistics run seamlessly, allowing them to focus on leading the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating international travel, including flights, hotels and logistics.
Managing expense reports, reimbursements and related administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinating calendars and meetings across multiple stakeholders while balancing changing priorities.
Providing reliable day-to-day administrative support to five senior leaders.
Coordinating logistics for leadership meetings, workshops, off-sites and internal events.
Booking venues, hotels and external suppliers while ensuring everything is in place.
Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Your experience has prepared you for this role
We're looking for someone who already has a solid foundation within administrative support and who enjoys working in an international business environment.
Ideally, you bring:
3-5 years of experience as a Management Assistant, Personal Assistant or a similar administrative support role.
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders in a professional, international organization.
Solid experience with travel planning, expense management, calendar coordination and meeting administration.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong digital skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms.
Danish is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
