Job Description - Management Consultant - ERP Advisory

We are seeking a skilled Management Consultant with expertise in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, ERP implementation, and project management. This role involves working closely with our customers to understand their business needs, recommend ERP solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement ERP strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Provide advice on ERP system selection, customization, and integration.
Train and support clients in the effective use of ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP integration.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, recommending enhancements as needed.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Relevant Master’s degree.
Some experience as a consultant with a focus on ERP systems (+2 years)
Strong understanding of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Great analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
