Manager Production

As Production Manager you will join the Advanced Manufacturing team at Bang & Olufsen’s aluminum factory in Struer. Leading one or more production areas, you will be responsible for delivering on production planning, customer needs and quality targets, while continuously developing your people and processes. This role is suitable for a leader who is equally comfortable setting direction and being visible on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accountability for your production area(s), ensuring delivery against customer needs, production plans, quality standards, and cost targets


•  Lead with visibility and presence, driving daily performance through SQCDP board meetings and constructive, ongoing feedback to your team


•  Communicate the "why" and "how" behind strategy, translating organisational goals into clear priorities and actions for your people


•  Lead and implement change and improvement projects with a lean mindset, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and consistent execution


•  Create and nurture a high-performance team by recruiting, developing and ensuring the right capabilities are in place

What you bring

You are a confident, approachable leader who creates results through people - not just processes. With a relevant background in leadership or management, you bring both the structure to keep operations on track and the people skills to bring your team with you.

•  A relevant educational background within leadership, management, or a related field


•  Knowledge of production management, quality control, and manufacturing processes


•  A good balance between theoretical knowledge and a practical, hands-on mindset


•  A natural ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organisation


•  A self-driven attitude and a genuine motivation to be measured on what you deliver


•  Full professional proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken

You will join the leadership team in Advanced Manufacturing located in Factory 5, Struer, working closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and our Production and Process Engineers.
