Job Description

Do you enjoy engaging with people? Do you speak Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish? Are you looking for a flexible role working up to 20–25 hours a week for a 6 month period (ideally from June 2024 through to November 2024)?

Then the job as an interviewer could be just the role for you!

The role:

As an interviewer you will be responsible for calling retailers and asking a number of questions detailed in a questionnaire.

You will be responsible for recording accurately the answers to the questions to support with building a reference database.

Working hours are flexible, between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with the ability to work from home – you have the ability to influence your working hours, aligning with the responsible Project Manager.

This role is perfectly suited for those who are studying part time, or are only able to commit to a part time, flexible role.

No previous experience is required, but you must be comfortable in picking up the phone and talking to people.

About you:

*You are fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish for effective interaction

* You have an interest in retail and are aware of the retail landscape in Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Finland

* You pay attention to detail and have high quality standards

* You are able to plan, organise and execute your tasks effectively and efficiently

* You are flexible and resilient in adapting to changing circumstances and situations

* You are a team player, collaborating and cooperating with others

* You are proficient within the Microsoft Office suite of tools; primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
