About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at one of Europe’s leading IT sales companies.

In this role, you will support the execution and ongoing maintenance of digital marketing activities across 23 European markets. Your focus will be on content creation, campaign support, and ensuring that marketing assets, platforms, and materials are accurate, structured, and up to date.

You will play an important role in supporting daily marketing operations and maintaining high quality across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage newsletters based on briefs, including setup, updates, testing, and deployment


• Set up and maintain campaign landing pages using CMS tools (e.g. Umbraco)


• Create, upload, update, and optimize web banners and digital campaign assets


• Provide general support to the marketing department, including presentations, ad hoc reporting, and market research


• Perform ongoing content maintenance, including updates to media asset bank, campaign pages etc.


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints


• Create and publish posts and updates on LinkedIn


• Track and report on campaign performance

Qualifications & Skills

• Detail-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on quality and consistency


• Comfortable working with maintenance-focused and repetitive tasks


• Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines


• Proactive, positive, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership


• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field (Bachelor, AP, or equivalent)


• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal


• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


• Experience with CMS and newsletter platforms is a plus, but not required


• Basic knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is a plus, but not required
