ROLE PURPOSE As a Marketing Manager, you will drive our local marketing presence across Nordic, Benelux and Eastern European markets. Key priorities will be getting all our sell-in and marketing materials localised and translated to ensure better engagement from buying teams and deeper engagement with consumers. You will work closely with our local Sales team to unlock shopper marketing and level up our retail execution in our Platform Accounts as well as execution of upper funnel media campaigns. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT You will make an impact by collaboratively working with both our local Sales team, but also our Global Marketing teams. You will ensure maximum focus and time is spent on our Platform Accounts and Big Bet items to deliver success. You will level up our localisation and translation process and delivery across sell-in material and also marketing assets, whilst delivering on the core values of ZURU’s DNA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage translation for all assets across product copy, ecomm, video, Social, Instore, buyer emails and preview decks
  • Localise all Global media set slides and overlay with bespoke retail plans and present at previews
  • Alignment of brand and SKU investment with Country Managers – Marketing $ and % (including Trade Marketing)
  • Local media budgeting based off order TVA
  • Media briefing & campaign approval (for Spring and Fall seasons)
  • Weekly POS tracking and recommended changes to media campaigns and effectiveness
  • Daily interaction with Country Managers and Sales leads around plans, activation and support for Platform Brands and Big Bets
  • Trade Marketing activations for Big Bets across catalogues, in-store displays, perm and OOA units & GWPs
  • Build and manage retail marketing relationships in Platform Accounts; co-op marketing, content, ecommerce & instore
  • Local Asset Management:
  • Brief in all local video edits (ie retail tags) to China Design
  • Brief in additional assets and content asks from retail
  • Brief in all additional paid content – ie retail chase videos for TikTok
  • REQUIRED

  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of marketing principles and practices
  • 3+ years’ experience in Marketing or Media at an agency or client side.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter with a wide degree of creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment managing multiple projects at once.
