Master Planner to Hobbii

Ready to become our new Master Planner?

At Hobbii, we don’t just want a planner – we want a Master Planner ready to take charge. You’ll be one of the strategic masterminds behind optimizing and coordinating our global supply chain, working across 8,500 SKUs. Your decisions will directly impact customers, stakeholders, and the entire company.

You’ll be a star player in our sales and operations planning (S&OP) and drive forecasting and purchase planning. This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting directly to our CFO, where your expertise will shape the future of Hobbii.

Your role:

As our Master Planner, you’ll be a key part of sales and operations planning (S&OP), ensuring we have the right products available at the right time. You’ll play a central role in converting our forecasting into purchase planning and executing the strategies that connect our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all sales and operations planning (S&OP) for the entire company together with our Supply Chain Excellence Manager, overseeing supply planning from start to finish.
  
  




• Collaborating with category managers and the commercial team to support forecasting and purchasing.
  
  




• Managing our forecasting tool (AGR) and working with the AGR development team to optimize forecasting logic and methodology.
  
  




• Leading, coaching, and developing a talented Planner on your team.
  
  




• Owning the end-to-end supply chain process, from data analysis to final delivery.
  
  

With 8,500 SKUs and constant prioritization changes, you’ll need to navigate a complex and fast-paced environment, keeping everything aligned with the company’s goals.

What we expect from you: expertise, leadership and impact

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, ideally in global FMCG companies.
  
  




• Expertise in managing a broad SKU portfolio and navigating the challenges of demand and supply planning.
  
  




• A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
  
  




• Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and forecasting systems.
  
  




• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
