We are seeking a capable and experienced Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our engineering team in the development, modularization, and engineering of our End of Line solutions. Are you ready to join us on this journey?

About the Job
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering customized End of Line solutions and products for our customers, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the agreed quality. You will work closely with your project team to ensure the optimal solution that meets the customer’s needs. Additionally, you will contribute to the modularization and optimization of our products and solutions, laying the right foundation for further development.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Development, engineering, and modularization of products and solutions in Inventor
• Preparing production basis in Inventor and Tick tool
• Creating bill of materials and spare parts lists
• Performing analyses and simulations to assess the functionality, strength, and durability of solutions
• Ensuring solutions meet necessary safety and quality standards
• Reviewing and collaborating with colleagues and project teams
• Following up on schedules and budgets
• Calculating capacities and strength

About You
You bring a high level of expertise and experience in machinery construction, design, and preparation of production basis. Your approach is solution-oriented and structured, with a focus on details and high quality. As a person, you naturally take responsibility and have a winning mentality that drives you to improve our solutions, workflows, and the development of our company. You are a team player who actively contributes to creating a positive work environment – we succeed together.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering automation solutions, transport systems, and/or material handling
• Educated as a mechanical engineer, technical designer, industrial designer, or equivalent
• Superuser of Inventor and Vault
• Experience with 3D, simulation/emulation, and programming of drawing programs
• Craftsmanship background is an advantage but not a must
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Competent IT user with programs such as MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Navision
