MEP Package Manager

Job Title: MEP Package Manager – Data Centre
Location: Denmark
Reports To: Project Director

We are seeking an experienced MEP Package Manager to lead the planning and execution of a diverse mix of Mechanical and Electrical systems within a live data centre environment. This role requires a highly detail-oriented and communicative professional capable of delivering complex workstreams while maintaining close coordination with internal teams and data centre operations staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems within an operational data centre.


• Oversee and coordinate limited CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) scope including formation of openings, fireproofing, etc., in collaboration with the CSA team.


• Ensure delivery, installation, and commissioning plans are followed to the highest standard and in accordance with agreed protocols.


• Interface directly with the Data Centre Operations (DC OPS) team, carefully managing all activities to minimize disruption and ensure adherence to pre-approved schedules.


• Facilitate and document meetings, lead coordination efforts, and provide regular progress reports to the client.


• Interpret and implement Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS) as part of the CMOPs process.


• Act as the primary point of contact for both client and contractor teams, balancing requirements and expectations diplomatically.


• Work closely with internal planning resources and utilize Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MEP project management, particularly within live data centre or critical infrastructure environments.


• High level of attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate commissioning and installation plans.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing roles.


• Ability to lead coordination meetings, manage diverse teams, and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the CMOPs process, including RAMS documentation.


• Previous experience working with Sisk is highly advantageous but not essential.
