Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace Specialist

At Implement, we’re looking to enhance and strengthen our IT team in Hellerup with a Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace Specialist.

What you’ll do

Joining us as a Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks.

You’ll participate in and operate as the technical lead on the "Digital Capabilities" project that will improve our users' utilisation of the existing Microsoft 365 products and other digital tools at Implement.

You will also continuously update knowledge about the Microsoft 365 suite of products and communicate it to our users (through training and other forms of digital communication).

While the tasks vary, they will also include:

• Managing our SharePoint Online tenant and assisting with maintaining our intranet
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of our SharePoint project sites
• Setting up Purview in collaboration with our security team
• Maintaining user documentation, guides, and process descriptions
• Supporting development tasks in PowerApps and Power Automate (previously PowerFlows)

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a skilled person with maybe a couple of years’ experience with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Office, Purview and PowerApps and Power Automate) at a specialist level.

Your background could be a relevant education in IT with a special focus on communication, application, and data management.

We’d prefer it if you’re outgoing, positive, proactive, and prepared to show initiative. You’ll be a great match if you, like the rest of us here, are driven by curiosity and naturally service-minded.

While Implement’s corporate language is English; you must also be fluent in written and spoken Danish to land this role.
