Nordic Senior Brand Manager – Consumer Healthcare Division
STADA Nordic Consumer Healthcare Division is seeking a Nordic Senior Brand Manager to lead the Cough & Cold portfolio, including the #1 brand BISOLVON , the leading allergy eyedrop brand LOMUDAL, and an exciting new LAUNCH.

Your Future Position: The Nordic Senior Brand Manager will join a well-established Nordic team, collaborating closely with global and cross-functional departments. This hands-on role involves strategic brand and category management for prioritized CHC brands, focusing on both in-store and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans, both online and offline.
• Manage budget, sales, and marketing costs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and support new product launches.
• Drive annual budget and brand planning processes with growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities.
• Develop and adapt high-ROI marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with market rules and regulations.

Your background: We are looking for a senior, extroverted individual with excellent people skills and experience in the Nordic markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, digital marketing, and a commercial mindset. Experience with OTC/CHC products is required. If you have worked with allergy, cough & cold, or digestive health products this is a strong advantage. What more are we looking for in your experience & behaviors?

• Relevant marketing/commercial academic background.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in OTC/CHC or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience in driving and growing brands in the Nordic markets.
• Strong skills in digital marketing and launch experience a strong +
• Excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for results.
• Highly creative (yes we encourage creativity at STADA ??)
• Ability to work independently and with courage, you dare to challenge the status quo
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Online and in-store sales for strategic brands/products.
• Market share development for selected products.
• Adherence to budget and strategic plans.
• Quality of promotional and advertising tools.
• Execution of high-ROI customer marketing plans.

The position is in Solna (with option to work from home 2 days a week). It is possible to be based in other locations in Sweden however you would be expected to travel frequently in that case.
