Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Join an international customer service team and support Norwegian-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.

This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date.

Location: Greece
Work model: Remote within Greece
Base salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, depending on the assigned project
Bonus: Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets
Relocation Package: flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation, and coverage of the real estate agency fee.
Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian by phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims.
• Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Follow service procedures and meet quality standards.

What You'll Need

• Norwegian proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• The legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
