Job Description - Office Manager

Veo is a global leader in AI-based sports camera technology. Our innovative, fully automatic camera solution enables sports teams to record matches and training sessions without a camera operator. We’re democratizing the world of sports by granting video analysis for teams on all levels—a privilege that used to be only for the few. More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.

What we are looking for:

An experienced Office Manager to own and elevate our office and facilities operations. You will play a key role in creating a well-functioning, welcoming workplace while leading a small team and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

    • Own the overall office and facilities strategy, ensuring a high-quality, efficient, and scalable workplace experience
    • Lead, coach, and develop 2–3 direct reports, ensuring clear priorities, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement
    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, including cleaning, building management, reception, and office space
    • Hold responsibility for office-related financial administration, including invoice approvals and cost control
    • Oversee onboarding logistics for new joiners in close collaboration with PeopleOps, ensuring a smooth and welcoming first experience
    • Plan and execute company-wide events and social initiatives, such as kick-offs, meet-ups, friday bars, and social events
    • Proactively identify and drive facilities and workplace initiatives based on employee needs and company priorities

To thrive and grow in this role, you are bringing:

    • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Facilities Manager or Project Manager
    • Leading and developing a small team
    • Strong experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
    • Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
    • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
    • Comfortable balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Danish)
On a personal level, you are service-minded, open-minded, innovative, and adaptable. You enjoy working individually as much as being a part of a team, and you have a skill in stakeholder management. You have excellent planning skills, are solution-oriented, are creative, and enjoy focusing on ongoing improvements and problem-solving.
