Unify Partners is a management consulting firm helping clients unify business and technology. Within app. 2 years, we have grown to 30 colleagues and find ourselves working with mid-size to big companies whenever they need help within our capabilities. This could be vendor selection, ERP transformation, implementation support, data governance, AI, operational excellence/supply chain excellence etc.

Founded by experienced partners, we have managed to establish a solid foundation for growth from the very outset. The ambitions of Unify Partners are to expand substantially in the years to come by offering great client value just as a balanced and great work-life (or just life) to our competent team.

We are constantly looking for skilled management consultants of various seniority (from consultants to partners). Especially competences within Data & AI, Supply Chain, ERP, Vendor selection, Change Management, and Project Management fit our service offerings.As a growing company, we constantly add new competences to our team. A rough guideline for profiles matching our business well is:  

• Consultancy experience is a plus, but not a requirement 
• Experience in managing projects and supporting management decisions is a plus 
• Skills within our service offerings: Data & AI, Supply Chain, ERP, Vendor selection, Change Management, and Project Management is a plus. 
• Skills within Safe, Agile ways of working and/or project management is a plus
