Job Description - Operations Manager

You should join Twig Energy to be a part of accelerating deployment of renewable infrastructure. We are an AI and technology company at heart and are building the software and finance solutions enabling renewable infrastructure to be built at scale. Our ambition goes beyond software and we want to participate directly in building the infrastructure for a net zero future. We are currently expanding our presence in Europe, US and APAC and are looking for a great person to join our operations team.

Your main responsibilities are to work closely with our CEO Casper and Anne Kathrine on supporting our day-to-day operations, assist on compliance matters and developing access to new international markets.

You likely hold a generalist degree in business, social sciences, liberal arts or similar and have a few years of work experience from working in an operations, business or administrative role. Above all you thrive in supporting our operations and making sure we keep being well run company as we grow.




WHO YOU ARE


  • Have a generalist degree and a few years of work experience.
  • You are service-oriented and a quick learner who thrive in solving a wide variety of tasks. You are comfortable with being responsible for tasks where you are not initially an expert.
  • You are comfortable in communicating with our external advisors and partners both in person and in writing.
  • You work structured and pay attention to details
  • You have some experience in, or an interest in learning about, day-to-day financial operations.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON


  • Operations and admin: Solve big and small problems ensuring that we stay a great place to work as we grow. This includes communicating with our advisors and external stakeholders, managing contractors and our office, HR-related tasks and general ad hoc internal tasks. We do expect that you have experience with all of these tasks and we will provide the necessary training and support needed.
  • Market development and continuity: Participate in developing access to new markets from from a business, regulatory and compliance perspective. We do not expect you to be an expert in these matters but expect that you are motived to learn and aks for advice when needed.
