In the pivotal role of Operations Manager SCU 1, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our foundation and future for one of our key customers.

The role as Operations Manager offers a great opportunity to be part of a winning team and be a strong enabler in shaping the success of our Aid & Relief unit. You will be responsible for finding ways to improve, align expectations with our clients and generally strive for operational excellence all along developing your customer(s) and colleagues.

The position will be located in Aarhus, DK.

Key Responsibilities:

In the Aid & Relief CoE you will be an important part of a team of 35 experienced colleagues. You will become part of the Aid & Relief management team along with two other Operations Managers.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Formulates and execute a local customer service strategy in order to deliver on the global and local targets and priorities.
  • Involved in executing on agreed targets.
  • Establish, synchronize, and execute on the customer roadmap along with the customer and the respective Key Client Manager. All based on the customer requirement and needs.
  • Maintain a dynamic and scalable customer service organization where resources are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with our customer(s) on priorities and performance to ensure internal performance is reflected in customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate customer relationships and listens to understand.
  • Drive continuous improvement, monitors performance against established KPIs and targets and takes corrective action as required.
  • Spearhead the way in our change journey where new ways of working will be implemented in a new operational systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to travel approx. 5-10 days a year
