As our Lead Duty Manager , you’ll be responsible for the smooth-running of Zoku Copenhagen’s operations and are the guardian of providing a Zoku-like guest experience. You are leading the Front of House, meaning our social spaces outlets Front Office, F&B services and co-working, which are definitely not like in an average hotel.
No traditional reception desk to be seen here, but our Kindred Spirits bar, Living Kitchen restaurant, co-working spaces and rooftop terrace with views as far as the eye can see! You also act as the liaison between our Maintenance, Housekeeping, People & Culture, Kitchen, Meeting & Events and Support Office departments.
Don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone! Our team of Duty Managers and Sidekicks will be there to support you, and we’ll expect you to lead them and help them grow. As part of our Management Team, you’ll be working as the right hand of and report to our General Manager to take Zoku Copenhagen to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Lead Duty Manager … but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Operational coach: Guide, train and manage our operational team, including organizing regular check-ins and quarterly goal setting.
Smooth operator: Be hands-on and actively support the operational team to make sure that every guest receives a Zoku-like experience. You'll jump in when and where needed without hesitation - you lead by example.
Above & Beyond: Find creative ways & opportunities to increase our financial results and revenue streams as well as team engagement and guest satisfaction.
Keep your admin in check : Whether it's our PMS, POS or SOP's, you stay on top of our systems and processes, and organize our data & suppliers efficiently.
Guardian of our values: Uphold Zoku's brand standards and ensure that team is always up-to-date.
