• Expand our Partnerships business in e-commerce, POS, Unified Commerce - both with existing partners and with new partners
• Manage and grow existing partnerships (account management, churn management, upselling new products, support)
• Optimize partner performance through business reviews, account- and growth plans
• Identify and onboard new partners, with ownership for the full sales cycle: Negotiating and managing partner contracts, go live, enablement, etc.
• Drive new business and build a healthy pipeline

• 3 + years of experience in a commercial role in a Payments-related environment, and/or working in a Partnerships role in a retail environment
• Experience in working with different internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• A commercial mindset, good negotiation skills, good closer
• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
