Partnerships & Sponsorships Lead

As Partnerships & Sponsorships Lead, you will join the Global Marketing organisation in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, where you will be responsible for developing, governing, and activating Bang & Olufsen's global partnership and sponsorship portfolio. You will ensure all partnerships strengthen brand positioning, support strategic business objectives, and deliver measurable commercial and brand value across markets, channels, and customer touchpoints. Working across functions and geographies, you will play a key role in shaping premium brand experiences and strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global sponsorship and partnership strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning.


• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, secure, and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and ambassador relationships.


• Develop and execute annual partnership roadmaps and activation plans across marketing, PR, retail, CRM, events, and digital channels.


• Maximise value creation and commercial return from partnership rights and assets across the organisation.


• Establish governance frameworks, approval processes, playbooks, and activation guidelines for global and local partnerships.


• Define KPIs, measure performance, and provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.


• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful partnership activation and long-term value creation.

What you bring

You are a commercially minded brand leader with extensive experience developing and activating strategic partnerships at a global level. You combine strong relationship-building skills with strategic thinking and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across complex international organisations.

Moreover, you bring:

• 7-10+ years of experience within sponsorships, partnerships, brand marketing, or commercial marketing.


• A proven track record of developing, securing, and activating high-profile global partnerships.


• Experience working with ambassadors, talent representatives, agencies, and external rights holders.


• Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and business case development.


• Experience working across international markets and matrix organisations.


• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.


• A collaborative, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Kongens Lyngby, Denmark + hybrid working.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Travel: Approx. 10%.
